In order to fulfil the increasing demand of our production, we expanded to Kasba factory in 1997 where we had a bigger space, a better infrastructure and a strategic location which kept us near to our customers. With more than double the size and a multi-storey space, it gave us the leverage in distributing our operations floor wise. The area of 20000 sq. Ft. And with all modern utilities gave us to seamlessly work 24hrs.
The company further thought to expand and produce household goods. For this, they opened another company on Kolkata-Delhi highway under name DOLSWAP Business. Established in 1997 this company was larger in size with area of 66,000 sq. Ft. with annual consumption of 100 tonnes of plastic raw material. It produced household plastic items, industrial containers and even précised writing instruments. The company recently added a fully automatic refill assembly machines, foiling machines and heat transfer machines. The company boasts a capacity to produce 5 million pens a day.
In 2011 the company planned to move above the value chain- From one of the plastic component supplier for fans in India to complete fan manufacturing of table, pedestal and wall fans. Hence, a larger space for assembly lines and conveyer belts were needed. This gave birth to Tenty marketing in Polypark, an exemption zone for polymer located on Kolkata- Mumbai road. The factory is spread in more than 66,000 sq. Ft. with a complete all electric injection moulding machines.
